Shipping and handling costs are shown separately before checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are ordering from outside the United States, you are considered the <strong>importer of record<\/strong> and are responsible for all applicable <strong>customs duties, import taxes, and local fees<\/strong>. These are not the responsibility of The Swile Group LLC. Please check with your local authorities for further information before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices may change at any time. However, the products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of your order confirmation, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ownership of the product transfers only upon <strong>full payment<\/strong>. Confirmation signifies signature and acceptance of the sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will receive a summary of your order and a copy of these Terms in PDF format by email once your order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Article 5 \u2013 Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Placing an order implies an obligation to pay the price listed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments are securely processed via our payment processor through our platform. Your card will be charged <strong>only upon shipment<\/strong> of the order. If your order is shipped in multiple parts, you will be charged only for the items shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Article 6 \u2013 Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You have <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date of receiving your product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason and without penalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products must be <strong>unused<\/strong> and in <strong>\u00e9tat d&#039;origine<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must include <strong>original packaging, accessories, and manuals<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For non-stocked items, offers are valid subject to supplier availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified and refunded immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not intend to sell in <strong>bulk quantities<\/strong>. The Swile Group LLC reserves the right to reject orders containing unusually high quantities of the same item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Article 8 \u2013 Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Delivery time is displayed at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of delays, you will be notified by email. If the delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof.
