Returns & Refunds Policy

At Brilisse, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties.


Conditions for Returns

Products must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

  • The item is in its original condition
  • The protective blister seal is intact (unopened)
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals are included
  • The item has not been used or tested

For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that has been unsealed, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.


Important Notice

Certain Brilisse products are shipped with tamper-evident protective seals (blisters) to ensure product integrity. If the seal is broken or removed, we cannot accept the return under any circumstance due to health and hygiene regulations.

If a product is returned damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to avoid any issues during transit.


Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will refund the full amount paid for the item, using the same payment method used during checkout.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return shipment.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

In accordance with standard consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
  • Products that are personalized or custom-made upon request
  • Items that have been used, tested, or show visible signs of wear
  • Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed
  • Services fully performed before the withdrawal deadline (with your prior consent)
