Article 1 – Purpose

These terms govern all sales made by The Swile Group LLC through the website https://brilisse.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, without exception.

Article 2 – Prices

All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT and others), unless otherwise stated. Shipping and handling costs are shown separately before checkout.

If you are ordering from outside the United States, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local fees. These are not the responsibility of The Swile Group LLC. Please check with your local authorities for further information before ordering.

Prices may change at any time. However, the products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of your order confirmation, subject to availability.

Ownership of the product transfers only upon full payment. Once you physically receive the product, you assume all risk of loss or damage.

Article 3 – Orders

You can place orders through https://brilisse.com. All contractual information is presented in English and will be confirmed no later than at the time of finalizing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or payment for legitimate reasons, particularly in the event of stock unavailability or issues related to your order or payment.

Article 4 – Order Confirmation

Any order placed on our website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All order details and confirmation constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation signifies signature and acceptance of the sale.

You will receive a summary of your order and a copy of these Terms in PDF format by email once your order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Payment

Placing an order implies an obligation to pay the price listed.

Payments are securely processed via our payment processor through our platform. Your card will be charged only upon shipment of the order. If your order is shipped in multiple parts, you will be charged only for the items shipped.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason and without penalty.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must include original packaging, accessories, and manuals

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is damaged upon return, your right of withdrawal may be denied.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request and returned goods, using the original payment method.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

This right does not apply to:

  • Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons
  • Digital content not provided on a tangible medium, once download has started
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery
  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
  • Public auction sales

Article 7 – Product Availability

Products are offered as long as they appear on the site and while stock lasts. For non-stocked items, offers are valid subject to supplier availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified and refunded immediately.

We do not intend to sell in bulk quantities. The Swile Group LLC reserves the right to reject orders containing unusually high quantities of the same item.

Article 8 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Delivery time is displayed at checkout.

In case of delays, you will be notified by email. If the delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel your order. If you later receive the item, we will refund both the product and any related shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to your unavailability after multiple delivery attempts.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 4–7 business days
  • International: 7–10 business days

Article 9 – Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code, where applicable).

Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and documents.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof. This warranty does not affect your right of withdrawal under Article 6.

Article 10 – Liability

Our products comply with applicable laws. We are not responsible for violations of foreign laws where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check local regulations before placing an order.

We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of products or issues inherent to using the Internet (service interruption, viruses, external intrusion, etc.).

Article 11 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Brilisse website (text, images, logos, videos, software, etc.) is the intellectual property of The Swile Group LLC and is protected by copyright laws. No content may be copied or reused without prior written permission.

Article 13 – Personal Data

We collect personal data to process your orders and improve your experience. This data may be shared with partners responsible for order fulfillment and payment.

Article 14 – Record Keeping
